Charlottesville and Williamsburg are each about an hour away and Va Beach is 2 hours. Hop on the train that stops in Ashland for a day trip to DC.

Enjoy easy, one-level living in this comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath home. Each bedroom features a queen bed, blackout drapes, and a TV with Roku. Relax on the comfy sofa and stream your favorite shows, or cozy up by the electric fireplace for a relaxing evening in. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi make it easy to stay connected when needed.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch and unwind in the evening on the back deck. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, and a washer and dryer are conveniently located in the primary bathroom.

PETS: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs with prior approval. Sorry, no cats. Please include breed, age, and weight when booking. Washable throws are provided; please keep them on the sofa and beds if your pup joins you on the furniture. Undisclosed or unapproved pets may result in cancellation and additional cleaning charges.

The front porch and back deck are yours to enjoy. The backyard is a shared area. You are welcome to use the picnic table, relax in the Adirondack chairs and enjoy the fire pit. (wood not provided). Please pick up after your pup.

This home is a duplex, and you will have the main level to yourself. This duplex is on the main road. There is potential for noise from the street and other tenants. Private entrances at the front and rear of the home.

Traveling with a larger group? The Upper Level unit at the same address (2 bedrooms, sleeps 4) can also be booked, giving you room for up to 8 guests. Message us to check availability for both.

There is parking for two cars in the paved driveway. On-street parking is also available.

This home is all-electric, with no gas appliances.

Stays longer than 30 nights include a professional cleaning every 30 days, scheduled with you in advance. This keeps the home fresh and lets us check filters, smoke detectors, and appliances.
